Shipping Information   Wedding and Other Gift Registries

Wedding Registries receive their gifts in one shipment, without cost. The Gift Registry buyer is also freed from shipping charges when buying on a Registry.

Belgium

Shipment in Belgium for less than 800€ will be calculated after receiving the order. If you buy for more than 800€ we arrange for free shipping.

European Union (EU)

Same as for Belgium.

USA and Canada

Shipment to the USA and Canada is free for orders above 1500€. However customs and import duties are borne by you. Other countries

We ship to many more countries. Please contact us via something.special@telenet.be, if you want to know the shipping cost to a country outside the EU or Canada/US of America.

Returns & Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any goods purchased on «TableTop.be» please telephone our Customer Services team on +32 (3) 233.78.86, by fax +32 (3) 232.65.10 or by e-mail (something.special@telenet.be) within 14-days of receiving the delivery to arrange their return. Please include a note with details of your name, the original shipping note, contact details, order number and details of the reason for exchange. This will help ensure a quicker response when we receive the goods and we will then organise a replacement or refund. The goods must be returned to us unused, and wherever possible, in the original packaging. We recommend that you retain all of the original packaging until you are sure that you intend to keep the goods. If the original packaging is not available, you should use packaging that would provide similar protection as returned items must be received \'as new\' and in resaleable condition. The cost of returning the item will only be refunded if the item is faulty, or if it differs from the advertised product. We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels returned to us until they are safely received at our warehouse.
